99% of the time you should leave it as Inherited, which will act on the same layer as all your other UI elements/addons.
This NPC can be found in Stratholme. In the NPCs category. Always up to date. 9 Mar 2021 100% is brightest, while 0% is invisible.

My question is about WeakAuras, I have warrior and I play arms. I want to make 2 auras (icons), first for execute with triggers "is spell active" ( or something like that) and when enemy hp is =<20%. Second aura (icon) will be almost same like the previous one but it Basically, I have an issue with borders overlapping weakaura text.
